With the country opening back up as more and more of the population gets vaccinated, the movies that were held from release last summer are now gearing up for their theater releases this summer. Bonus: Gunpowder Milkshake – TBD
This movie doesn’t have a set release date yet, but there’s no way it can be left off this list. Starring Angela Bassett, Lena Headey, Michelle Yeoh, and Karen Gillan, this action movie is going to be the feminist icon of whatever season is comes out in. Let’s just hope it’s released sooner rather than later.
